In continuation of the series of fully-funded scholarships, we have selected the following scholarships based on the Universities in countries of popular destination for international students
The Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Programme (ESOP) supports students with a scholarship, mentorship and a network of the ETH Foundation. The scholarship covers the full study and living costs during the Master’s degree course.

The University of Lausanne in Switzerland awards grants to exceptional international students to pursue a master’s degree. The amount of the grant is CHF 1,600.- per month from 15 September to 15 July, for a duration not exceeding the regulation minimum period of the programme.
About 10 scholarships are usually awarded.
The Faculty of Science, with the support of external partners, has established an Excellence Fellowship program open to outstanding and highly motivated students who wish to pursue a Master of Science degree in one of the disciplines covered by the Faculty. Candidate selection is based on excellence.
The scholarship value is CHF 10,000 to CHF 15,000 per year.
It is awarded for one year and extended for the regular duration of the chosen Master’s programme (three or four semesters) provided the applicant is academically successful at the end of his/her first semester of studies.
This award recognizes international undergraduate students who demonstrate superior academic achievement, leadership skills, involvement in student affairs and community service, and recognized achievement in other key areas.
The value of your International Leader of Tomorrow Award is proportional to your financial need. Financial need is determined by totalling tuition, fees, and living costs, and subtracting the financial contribution you and your family can make each year. A standard needs assessment is based on the financial information provided by you and your family.
The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program at the University of Toronto is intended to recognize international students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and creativity and who are recognized as leaders within their school. A special emphasis is placed on the impact the student has had on the life of their school and community, and their future potential to contribute positively to the global community. Awarded annually, these scholarships recognize outstanding students from around the world, including international students studying at Canadian high schools.
The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarships will cover tuition, books, incidental fees, and full residence support for four years.
Humber offers full and partial tuition scholarships to new international students starting in September and January annually.
International students who have an excellent academic record and admitted to York University are eligible for scholarships worth $60,000 – $100,000 for a four-year degree program.
The University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowships (UMGF) are merit-based awards that are open international students who will be registered as postgraduate students(Master’s or PhD) at the University of Manitoba. The fellowships are valued at $18,000 for PhD students, or $14,000 for Master’s students for a 12-month period.
The Maastricht University (UM) Holland-High Potential Scholarship programme offers 24 full scholarships of €29.000 (including tuition fee waiver and monthly stipend) each academic year for highly talented students from outside the European Union (EU) who have been admitted to a master’s programme at UM
The Delft University of Technology offers a number of excellence scholarship programs for international students. Basically there are 4 types of scholarships being offered: Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships, Sub-Saharan Africa Excellence Scholarships, Holland Scholarship, Booking.com | Delft Global Scholarships. Essentially, these scholarships cover the tuition fee, health insurance, monthly stipend etc.
The Erik Bleumink Fund Scholarships are usually awarded for any 1 year or 2 years Master’s degree programme offered at the University of Groningen. The grant covers the tuition fees plus the costs of international travel, subsistence, books, and health insurance.
The Amsterdam Excellence Scholarships (AES) awards scholarships to exceptionally talented students from outside the EU to pursue eligible Master’s Programmes offered at the University of Amsterdam. The AES is a full scholarship of €25,000 covering tuition and living expenses.
It covers tuition fees and an annual living allowance ($27,082) for two years for a Masters degree by Research and three years for a Doctoral research degree (an extension is possible for doctoral programs only).
The objective of the USydIS is to attract top quality international postgraduate students to undertake research projects which will enhance the University’s research activities. The USydIS is open to all research disciplines.
The USydIS will cover tuition fees and living allowance for up to three years.
Gates Cambridge Scholarships are full-cost awards for graduate study and research in any subject available at the University of Cambridge. The scholarships are open to all international students from all over the world. A Gates Cambridge Scholarship covers the full cost of studying at Cambridge namely: university fees, maintenance allowances, airfare, and some dependent’s allowance.
The Clarendon Scholarship Fund is a prestigious graduate scholarship scheme offering around 140 new scholarships every year to eligible graduate applicants (including international students) at the University of Oxford. Clarendon Scholarships are awarded on the basis of outstanding academic merit and potential to graduate students from all around the world. Scholarships are tenable in all subject areas and are open to candidates who apply for a new master’s or DPhil at the University of Oxfird. The scholarships cover tuition and college fees in full and a generous grant for living expenses.
The Chancellor’s International Scholarships are allocated annually via a combined postgraduate research scholarship competition and are open to all overseas students in any discipline offeredp0
The Warwick Graduate School awards around 25 Chancellor’s International Scholarships to the most outstanding international PhD applicants each year. The scholarships are open to students of any nationality and to any discipline offered at Warwick.
The scholarships include the full payment of overseas tuition fees( worth more than £20,730) and maintenance allowance(£14,777 annually)
University of Westminster awards scholarships to eligible students from any developing country who wish to study in the UK and pursue a full-time Masters degree in any field of study at the University of Westminster. The scholarship awards full tuition fee waivers, accommodation, living expenses and flights to and from London.
The University of Bradford Global Development Scholarships are awarded to aid international students in financial hardship due to the fact that they are domiciled in a country that is in crisis as a result of the political situation, war, natural disaster etc. The scholarship is available for students enrolled or intending to enroll in a full time Master’s programmes (not MBA) based at the University of Bradford. Each scholarship is worth approximately £25,000 which includes full tuition fees, accommodation, and living costs.
