The University College Hospital, (UCH) Ibadan was established by an August 1952 Act of Parliament in response to the need for the training of medical personnel and other healthcare professionals for the country and the West African Sub-Region.
It is a federal teaching hospital in Ibadan attached to the University of Ibadan.

Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Plastic, Reconstructive & Anaesthetic Surgery
Periodontology & Community Dentistry
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Prospective candidates are expected to:
i. be qualified Medical Practitioners.
ii. be fully registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
iii. have passed the primary examination of any of the Postgraduate Colleges.
iv. have satisfactorily completed the NYSC programme or be duly exempted by NYSC Directorate.
